Park City and a HOT Saturday

Last Thursday Tony worked half a day, and we went up to spend the afternoon in Park City as we had really good coupons for Osh Kosh and Carter's stores, and Elizabeth doesn't have very many 12 month clothes not to mention fall clothes. Osh Kosh didn't have alot but with a $4 teddy bear for charity we just spent the minimum we needed to to use the coupon, she did get super cute jean overalls that are longer than she is from head to toe! Carter's on teh other hand had an awesome sale going on, and TONS of super cute fall/winter clothes. We looked in some other stores that didn't have the great deals we were looking for, we stopped by Old Navy to pick up $10 jeans for our Nephews birthday present, and found some cute brown cords for Lizabeth. Then we went into the Baby Gap just for fun, and they actually had a really good sale going so she got a super cute outfit with a skirt fancy long sleeve tee, and matching cloth tights, and a jacket that wasn't supposed to be on sale but because it was in the wrong spot they gave us the sale price plus our %20 off coupon!! It was great!! Lizabeth got lots of super cute clothes, now she just has so grow into them, I have a feeling come fall there is going to be tons of rolling going on!
Friday Lizabeth and I met up with my mom in Bountiful and we went to the Wimpole Street sale, my mom got some really nice plastic like bibs, with a pocket at the bottom to catch all the stuff that doesn't quite make it to the mouth, and they are so easy to clean just wipe them off! I love them!!

Saturday it was super hot, so we decided to go swimming in the afternoon, we haven't gone as a family very much, and Elizabeth sure loved playing with her daddy in the water! She is such a water baby!! She absolutely LOVES being in the water, and splashing around, pushing her ducky under water and watching it pop back up! Thankfully I love the water too so it works out well for both of us, but it was especially nice to have Tony with us!
Well that's about it for us, as always I've got fun pictures for you to enjoy!

Lava Hot Springs, update and random pics

This last weekend we went up to Lava Hot Springs ID with my parents and their new motorhome, that we're doing our very best to help them break in thoroughly! Saturday my parents took Elizabeth for the evening and we spent a couple hours in the hot pools(and cold ones) and had a great talk about life without interruption which is why we don't talk about it much because it's hard to get deep into conversation with a loud demanding 11 month old around. Then we had a really good dinner at one of the little restaurants on Main. It was hard to let the evening end, we enjoyed it so very much!! Sunday we made sure there was enough room to play the Wii in the motorhome, which there is plenty(except my dad is all over the place when he plays tennis!) Man are we spoiled with that thing!! All in all it was another great weekend. Monday Ketty picked up Liz and I and we went to there house to play while Tony and Johnny worked on getting a ramp built in front on their deck. Elizabeth sure loves those guys! She was laughing and having a grand old time! Yesterday my niece Melina came over to play, while her parents were at the hospital(Alicia got her gal-bladder taken out) we had tons of fun! At first Melina got a little annoyed because Elizabeth wanted everything she picked up, but after a while Elizabeth was just content to watch Melina go! We went on a walk to the playground and both girls played in the sand, Melina played on the swings and climbing stumps too, but mostly they just had fun in the sand! Then we walked over to a neighboring park, with a better slide for Melina, and a baby swing for Elizabeth, which she absolutely loved, she giggled the entire time she was swinging! Then Melina and I got some alone play time while Liz slept, then we started watching Little Mermaid, but after Liz woke up and had lunch Melina wanted to go for another walk so we just went around the complex(oh Melina took Liz's little pull puppy that "walks" and squeaks it was so cute!) Then it was time for her to go, which made her sad. It really wasn't as hard having both of them as i was thinking it might be, in fact it wasn't really that much different. Then Ketty picked up Elizabeth on her way home and I had time just to myself as Tony went back to finish up helping Johnny with the ramp. It was so nice and quiet!! Well that's the update on us!
Here are just some random cute pics for ya, enjoy!!

Ten months old!!

Great weekend, and fun pics!

Ok so it all really starts out with Elizabeth's party. I found a theme I absolutely LOVE and reflects Elizabeth really well. Party City carried everything for it, but it was bought out in Utah by Zurkers, who doesn't carry that theme! So Saturday we decided to check out a Zurkers that used to be a Party America, and too our great pleasure they had the table clothes, the cups, and the napkins for a dollar each!! because they're closing it out! We also picked up the matching plate, bowl, and fork/spoon set for 2 bucks! It was the leftover stock from when they bought out the store, so we decided to check out another Zurkers, and found the balloons that go with the theme, including the number one balloon!! We made a good dent in the stuff for her party, and if we can't find the rest in the stores we can get it online for not too badly priced. Then we went to Orem with my parents to Forest Motors where we bought our Pilot, my parents are thinking of buying one to pull behind their motorhome, as they've both driven ours and seemed to like it. Then we went to lunch at Sizzlers YUMMY! Elizabeth was such a great eater there! She ate baby spinach, ham cubes, peas, watermelon, peaches, olives, and cantaloupe! We ate pretty good ourselves, thanks so much mom and dad! Saturday night our friends Auburn and Jay, and their cute little girl Ava came over and we had dinner, and had such a good visit! We bought Elizabeth and Ava matching outfits a while ago, that they both finally fit into, so we snapped some super cute pics of them! Sunday evening we went to our niece Emily's birthday party, and Elizabeth had lots of fun with her and Melina! It was such a good weekend full of accomplishment, bargains, family and friends!! Enjoy all the pics!

Our wonderful 3rd anniversary!

Tony did not disappoint!! He did indeed have a great night planned! Thanks to Ketty and Johnny for watching Elizabeth for us! After Tony got home from work, I gave him my little find and card I made, it was a book called For Love and Money, it's a relationship/finance book! Told you it was right up his alley! It looks like a really good book. Then Tony drove (the long way) to Temple Square, we sat across from the temple we were sealed for time and all eternity 3 years before, and looked back on the wonderful life we've shared, and into the future we're so looking forward too. We had an amazing dinner at The Roof, and when we got to our table there was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers lying on the table for me! We then stuffed ourselves with the amazing food, not to mention desserts there! It was a really great night with no screaming, grabbing or throwing things little girl. We were able to hold a full conversation without being interrupted, that was a gift within itself!! It was a truly amazing night!!

Looking back 3 years!!!

Wow, well today is Tony and my's 3rd anniversary!! The years have seemed to have flown by, especially this last one, with the addition of our little girl, who is always keeping us on our toes. Tony says he's got a great night planned for us, so I'm really excited!! plus I've got us something I think he's really going to like! It's right up his alley! Of course technically the Wii was our big gift for each other, and it's well worth it, as we love it, and spend a lot of time together playing it, but I saw this little thing and couldn't pass it up! These 3 years have been absolutely wonderful, and we're looking forward to forever! Here's a look back over the past 3 years with us, enjoy!!
