Wonderful Weekend!!

So we did it! We went all last week without going to any hospitals, or even seeing any doctors!! It was so nice. I have to admit I'm not feeling %100 quite yet I still feel weak and tired a lot, but I can deal with that! So to the title, wonderful weekend...that it was! Friday one of my good friends from high school came over in the afternoon, with her 15 month old son(who's so so soooo cute!!!) We had a very nice visit. Then Ketty(Tony's sister) came and picked up Elizabeth, to watch her for the evening, while Tony and I went out on our first "date" since Elizabeth was born, well actually even before that as I was on bedrest the last few weeks of the pregnancy. Anyway, after Ketty left with Liz I took a nice hot shower, and got all dressed up for the first time in months!! And the best part was I decided to see if my pants would fit, and they did!! I was sooo excited!! Then when Tony got home, we went to the theater Jordan Landing and saw Madagascar 2. It was very funny, I think even better than the first! We laughed a lot!! Then we went to Johny Carinos but the wait was super long, so we went to Hires Big H instead(you can never go wrong with Hires!) It was so nice to be able to talk to Tony without having to worry about the baby, if she's hungry if she's wet, if she's cold, if she's tired, if she needs love or her bink. To not have to worry about anything but enjoying one another's company. Don't get me wrong I was so happy to see Elizabeth when we picked her up, I love her so much, but I honestly didn't miss her til I saw her after the date, then it didn't matter cause we were together again! On Sunday after church we went up to my parents house and spent a the afternoon(and most of the evening) with them. On the way home we stopped by my grandparents and visited with them, Tony and my g-pa Dick could talk forever!! Me and g-ma had fun playing with Elizabeth. She's getting so big and changing so much! She's started "talking" (my g-ma had lots of fun having a long conversation with her,a nd I have a video of her "talking" during baby gym time on Friday) she smiles when she sees me, especially when someone else is holding her, she turns her head toward me when I'm talking, she starting to grab things(have video of that too!), her arms and legs are getting stronger, she pretty much holds her head up on her own all the time, and most exciting, she's finally starting to wear her 0-3 cloths!!! they're still pretty baggy on her, but they stay on, and she's grown out of some of her newborn clothes(now she's 2 months!) I'm excited she's growing and changing but sad she's not little tiny anymore, I love watching her personality come out more and more everyday though! Here are some pics for ya of her at 8 weeks, Enjoy!
