So the other day Elizabeth was playing with her dolls in the morning when she came over to me and this is what followed:
Elizabeth: Mommy I want a little sister. Will you get me one?
Me:(really holding back laughter)Well that's not really up to me. You'll have to talk to Heavenly Father about that one, but in a year or so, because Devin is still a baby.
Elizabeth then folds her arms, bows her head and says: Heavenly Father, please give me a little sister now. I would love it. Thank you Jesus. Amen. She then looked up at me with a big ol' grin on her face and walked away. I laughed to myself for hours! I love her sweet innocent faith! She's truly inspiring!!
Just for the record, NO we are not pregnant nor will we even be thinking about it for a long...LONG time! :)
