Saturday was a good full day! My mom and I threw a bridal shower for Jenn, my brother's fiance at my grandma's house. We got there at 11:30 to set up and it looked very nice if I do say so myself! Although sadly I was too busy tending to my kiddos and keeping things going that the camera never made it's way out of the diaper bag...so just trust me it was a great shower that went very smoothly! While the kids and I were at the shower Tony kindly cleaned the pilot's interior which needed to be done badly!! It's so much nicer now! After the shower we went up to my parents house for a quick bite to eat and changed into our Sunday attire and went to the Bountiful Temple to be there for Jenn as she received her Endowment. It was beautiful! We're so happy for her, and so excited for her and my brother! Sunday we had a farewell for Tony's cousin Caleb...he is one popular young man! He gave a great talk though! After the lunch and mingle we went to Tony's parents house and Tony helped his dad do some trouble shooting with their 5th wheel. As we were heading home both the kids fell asleep so we took a detour out to Daybreak and just drove around and looked at the nice houses...it was actually good as we were able to re-center and re-focus on our dreams and goals for our future, and helped re-affirm the decisions we've made to stay in our condo for while longer. We know this is what the Lord wants us to do and that he will bless us as we follow his plan for us in faith. "Sacrifice brings forth the blessings of heaven".
Yesterday we finally got a new to us couch, as ours finally bit the dust(tony's parents got it used and we got it from them)...when you sat down you heard a POP then you found yourself pretty much sitting on the floor! So we found a nice couch with a hide a bed on KSL for $40!!Johnny graciously helped us and let us use his jeep and trailer. It's so nice to be able to sit on a couch again!
