Going to The Zoo And Other Fun stuff

So the past week has been pretty good! Devin did end up getting pink eye(in both eyes of course) as well, luckily he was able to use the same drops! Elizabeth is really starting to enjoy writing and drawing more since I backed off her about it, she's writing letters so much better, and starting to draw all kinds of things...people are still her favorite though.
Last Thursday we went to the Zoo with a friend/neighbor and her two little girls. Elizabeth had lots of fun there with her friend Liza. We rode the train which Elizabeth loved(almost as much as the carousel...but not quite as much) Devin gripped me tightly and had a look of concern on his face the whole time...but he didn't scream or cry, so I'll take it!
Last Friday we drove up to my parent's house and spent the night then Saturday we drove up to Logan and stocked up on stuff from Gossener's and Pepperidge Farm for our trip in just one short month from today!! We had a good visit with my parents and Eric and Jen on Sunday then came back home that night...after turning back around twice for forgotten things. Monday Elizabeth got to take her friend Liza to her gymnastics class again and she was so excited about it! I stayed home with Devin and his pink eyes. Wednesday I took the kids and our nephew and niece, Landen and Emily to the Zoo. It was so super crazy busy, but we had a great time anyway, Elizabeth REALLY was in heaven with her cousins there with her. I'm glad we went!
Well that pretty much catches ya up with us! They'll be lots of fun things happening this weekend!
