Christmas Eve fun

For Christmas Eve we went up to my parents as is tradition for a yummy southern meal of grits, ham, toast, hush puppies, and shrimp jambalaya. Oh it's so good! Then we opened presents, Tony and I got much needed 72 hour kits to jump start our emergency preparedness, and other fun things. Elizabeth got all kinds of fun stuff but the favorites were the Violet Laptop and Curious George and book! She also had a good time breaking in the new pony my parents bought for their western nursery room. We all got PJ's, slippers and a book thanks to the Elves! Then we just enjoyed the company. It was a really good day!
