Elizabeth's Gymnastics Showing!

Monday night was Elizabeth's Gymnastics showing and she did so amazing!  Even though she's only been doing it for a couple months and she's one of the youngest in the class!  She is a natural gymnast!  And absolutely LOVES doing it.  My parents and Tony's mom came to see her which she was super excited about. Sadly while they were back awaiting the big entrance she got her right toes smashed in the door, so Lovey ended up taking more of a part in it than I would have liked, but se la vi right?!  She was also quite a bit more cautious on like the balance beam than she usually is, as you'll see she wouldn't jump off the "mountain", she told me later that she was afraid it would make her toes hurt(...but running around and climbing the wall wouldn't? Gotta love that girl!)   Can I just say that The Little Gym is absolutely GREAT!!  It is so much more than just gymnastics...it's an amazing life skills learning environment!  And Elizabeth has grown so very much in so many different areas since being there!  Getting pictures was kind of hard since they hardly stop moving, luckily my dad manned the flip recorder so we have video too, though some are kinda long...but definitely worth watching!  I am so very very proud of my little girl...of her hard work and her amazing skills!  But even more important to me is the pride she's gained in herself!  All night long she absolutely beamed with pride, and nothing is better than seeing her self confidence and self esteem go through the roof!  Afterward we went to Iceberg for ice cream, it was kinda funny cause Tony forgot that our 3 year old can indeed spell and so he asked me if we were going to go get I-C-E C-R.....and Elizabeth shouted ICE CREAM!  Yes I want ice cream!  So we were kinda committed at that point. ;)  It was such great night!
