Saturday after pictures we came back to my parent's house and sent Jen and Daniel on their way as they had to get home for her grandpa's big birthday party, but Tony's parents joined us in a yummy potato soup and bread bowls lunch. We visited for a while then they too had to head home. We visited with my parents while our kids played for a while more then we put the kids in their Halloween shirts and used our KSL discount tickets to Black Island Farm. The kids had a lot of fun though it is much smaller than Cornbelly's(it's also much cheaper!) It was just right for us though. At the end we had planned on doing the hayride then picking our pumpkins. However the line for the hayride was WAY too long so we opted to forgo the hayride(especially since we'll be going on one next week at J&J Gardens) and just pick our pumpkins. The kids had fun finding just the right ones! We also picked up a couple bags of delicious kettle corn! After that we went to Arctic Circle again to get square pumpkins for the kids and this time went in and let the kids play. We now have all four flashlights! The kids do love them and have a lot of fun with them! Then we came home and Tony mowed the back lawn while the kids played and that was our super fun Saturday!!
