Going through this last week, two Sundays ago(Oct 12) was church, after church we visited with our Home Teachers, took it easy then had family movie night. Monday was preschool/school(which was about Christopher Columbus as it was Columbus Day) but no theater class for Elizabeth due to Fall break. Tuesday evening was Bravo classes where I finally talked to them about changing the kids classes(moving them both up class levels) to Wednesday evening, which they were able to do! So the next evening they tried out their new classes and both did well so yay! Thursday was uneventful and Friday Elizabeth did school and Spanish with my mom, and I let the kids watch some fun Halloween shows. Saturday morning Tony went and got donuts from Madbrooks for breakfast and after Jen and Daniel arrived and we finished eating we all went over to J&J Gardens for their annual hay ride to their huge pumpkin patch! The kids were SOOO excited to find their perfect pumpkins! They both wanted the biggest ones they could find! They looked at a lot of different pumpkins before settling on the ones they brought home, it was serious business to them! On the way back home we stopped by Maverick and got drinks for the four of us and Jen and Daniel as well. My parents stopped by Sams Club and picked up pizzas to cook for lunch. When we got home the kids had some fun playing in the front and then backyard. Devin didn't fare too well in the backyard though, he just really wanted to go downstairs and play by himself for a while, so I went down with him, until he was ready to go back up with everyone. We had the pizza and salad for lunch and my mom even shared her super yummy dessert she had made for their game night the previous night. Then Jen and Daniel headed for home so he could nap and we attempted to get Devin to nap but we were unsuccessful, so after an hour or so we went grocery shopping. That night we sadly watched the BYU football game. Sunday we had a combined primary class as the class just older than ours didn't have teachers....it was kinda crazy at some points but we all made it! The rest of the day was just a lazy Sunday, and that night was family movie night! And that was our week! Enjoy the pictures of the pumpkin patch!
Waiting in line for the tractor pulled hey ride to the pumpkin patch!
Devin got a great seat on the wagon ride, he loved watching the tractor!
The search is on!
Victorious!
