Picture Update August

So at the end of July/beginning of August we started looking for a trailer for Tony to live in, and for the kids and I to have room to be in sometimes as well. We found a perfect one but it cost too much and we couldn't qualify for the loan(what with Tony starting a new job and all) so we reset our sights on something smaller and older that would still meet our needs, and the amazing guy we worked with at Camping World, Ralph came through for us and got us a great deal on a 28 foot Forest River Salem bumper pull trailer with bunks! It was so nice compared to the other trailers we'd been looking at on KSL. We were so excited when he made it happen for us! The fist weekend in August Tony and I celebrated our 9th anniversary! My mom watched Devin and I took Lizzy down to Tony's parents' house and she spent one night at grandma's camp with her girl cousins then they kept her one more night for us. Tony and I went to his company's new employee dinner, which was so nice, then we went to a hotel for the night, then next day we spent at camping world in Draper getting lots of stuff we needed for our new trailer. Then we went to the Anniversary Inn on 5th South in Salt Lake. We stayed in the amazing Rio Grande room. I LOVED to Jacuzzi tub!! Tony picked up Chili's to go and brought it back to the room for dinner. It was a fantastic way to spend our anniversary and we decided to make it a tradition!

After one week of Tony's new schedule we knew it wasn't going to work, we just didn't want to be away from Tony that much, so we decided to spend a week in the trailer with him and just see how it worked.....it was so nice and worked out so well we've been living there during the week ever since! We all love this arrangement so much better!

This is the viewpoint we have to go to to get some cell service to make calls and texts.

We see tons of these adorable furry friends!

Can you find Elizabeth?(this is the zoomed IN picture!)
Can you see her now? The kids love climbing and playing on this mountain!

Flying kites is fun too, there is always wind in the afternoon!

They have fun inside the trailer too!

Playing ABCMouse.com on our new compact "trailer" computer.
We spent a weekend with my parents, Tony's parents and Jen and Daniel at Heber Valley Mountain Resort, I didn't take many pictures, but we had such a fun time! The pool was great the playground was perfect, Elizabeth made a friend in the first 10 seconds of being there and she played with her all weekend! They had pool games Saturday, and my mom took Jen and I to the Tanger Outlet mall where we did some shopping. That evening we swam in the pool some more and then they showed the movie epic on a giant movie screen outside! It was a great weekend!
Devin freaked out if you took him off the stairs even with his floaties on, but he still managed to have fun. Elizabeth made some great strides with swimming! She started swimming under water, got her doggie paddle down pat, she would even let Tony push her down to the bottom of pool then she'd push herself back up. She had tons of fun!! She was a little fish and was in the pool a lot!

These are just pictures of all the fun the kids have in Currant Creek at our trailer.

Flying her kite way up high!

Devin did good with his too! But he lost interest a lot faster. ;)
