Zoo Lights!!

Last Friday was a super crazy day for me. I realized Thursday night that I had forgotten some things we needed for family Christmas pictures we were having done Saturday morning so after breakfast the kids and I went to the Quilted bear where I was hoping to find a cute bow to match Elizabeth's adorable Christmas dress, and a green tie for Tony to match Devin's green vest....but of course after wondering pretty much the whole store had no luck. So I stopped by JoAnn's and picked up some Poinsettia flowers and fancy white feather and some green ribbon to make my own perfect Christmas bow. Then we went to Tie One On in the mall and found a green tie that matched perfectly, and home we went. While Elizabeth was in her room for quiet time, I put together the PERFECT bow! It's the most amazing bow I've ever made, I was so proud of myself! I was literally on a high from it!! That night Tony got off work a little early and we headed to the zoo for their Zoo Lights, which was awesome! Elizabeth really loved it! She got to see Santa again! And is now very sure he'll remember her art easel and Snow White doll! Devin even got to chat with Santa for a bit! He loved Santa's jingle bells. It was such a fun night, we loved it!
