A Great St. Patrick's Day!

We had a such a great Saint Patrick's Day! Elizabeth I and spent the week learning about it's history and legends. One of which is about Leprechauns, sneaky little men who hide pots of gold and leave messes in there wake! Well the mess part was done for them by my two little Leprechauns! But we did have a Leprechaun hide his pot of gold in our house! Luckily he left us clues on shamrock shaped papers to find his gold...but only if we could follow his clues! Elizabeth had SO MUCH FUN with this!!(it was totally worth staying up til midnight the night before to get it done!) She was so ecstatic when she found his pot of chocolate gold! Complete with a St. Patrick's day "blanky" for Lovey, and some shimmering gold chap stick! I snapped some pictures of each of the kids in there cute shirts, and even got some cute ones of them together! Then we headed out to get the right size of my new favorite shoes. They're called Five Fingers and they are like wearing no shoes at all...which has been my dream my whole life, I've never liked wearing shoes. So when Tony found a great deal on these one online we picked them up but we weren't sure on the size as they're a different sizing system and we guessed too small so we went and got the right size and they are amazing! I LOVE THEM!!! Then we wandered Target to kill some time. Then we went to Tony's parent's house for the traditional corned beef, cabbage and potatoes dinner(there were also chicken nuggets for those not fond of corned beef). Tony's parents had a surprise for the grandkids...it was a new fun playhouse! And Elizabeth had the cutest reaction when she saw it! The kids had a really fun time in it! After the party we went to FYE to look for some Disney movies as we're stocking up on new(cheap)ones for the trip, and we hit the jack-pot! They had buy one get half off all movies! We made a good dent in our list there and for such a great price! And that was our great St. Patty's Day!!

I should also mention that our Get Away Today Disneyland package came on Saturday and we were all very excited...though Elizabeth was most excited cause most of the stuff in the box was for her! She got her much anticipated Sleeping Beauty dress, a tiara, a wand and some little pink class slippers, a Minnie Mouse doll, a Snow White pen, an autograph book with many of the Disney characters. Oh and it all came in a very cute little princess backpack! We got a Mickey and Minnie backpack for Devin to use! It was very exciting!
