The Carriage Museum
Devin pretending to read the plaques like Elizabeth and I.
Elizabeth and Devin driving their carriage to school!
Elizabeth did such a good job reading some of the plaques for us!
The kids in front of the "school bus" carriage
Learning how to steer a carriage
Devin playing while Elizabeth is getting in a lot of trouble for talking back very rudely to her parents.
Elizabeth finally getting to play, Devin watching a short clip about horses, which he watched over and over and over again...he loved pushing the buttons!
So I asked Elizabeth to read this plaque(but she was still upset with us for getting her in big trouble)so she didn't want to, so we told her she wouldn't have to read it if she could tell us what kind of carriage it is, to which she promptly responded, "it's a taxi" which a teenager's intonation, to which we asked her what a taxi is, she responded with "it takes people where they want to go"still like an annoyed teenager. Tony asked her if it was free or if you had to pay and she told him, "ugh...you have to pay dad!" Sometimes I wonder if she's 5 going on 6 or 15 going on 16!!! On the positive side I had no idea she knew so much about taxi's!
The firetruck carriage
We have a picture of Elizabeth the last time we were here 3 years ago doing this exact same thing, she really wants to get to those horses!
The fun carriage you can get into!
Sibling love!
And at the end we took a very fun carriage ride! The kids absolutely loved it!!
Pictures out front
