CANADA!!!

We made it to Magrath Canada! We didn't have as far to go today but it still seemed like a long drive...to me anyway, but I was really starting to get some car sickness there at the end. The kids had kind of a hard night, but they let us sleep in til about 8am. Hopefully tonight will go better! We didn't end up getting on the the road today until about 9:45 as we had a rough time getting everything together in a fluid fashion. We as usual drove for a few hours then stopped for lunch and played at a fun park, it even had a merry-go-round!!! Remember those! Remember spinning round and round til you fell off/over or puked?! Elizabeth LOVED it!! I had a good time too ;) Then we drove for a bit and filled up the gas tank before we got across the boarder and the price of gas went up. We're not exactly sure how but the motorhome miraculously got about 22 miles to the gallon! Ya the PILOT doesn't even get that good of gas mileage!! Before we knew it we were at the boarder crossing...the boarder guard was super serious, Tony tried to lighten things up a bit but he was strictly business. And it wasn't long after that we arrived at the RV park. When we told Elizabeth welcome to Canada she was giddy! And started singing the national anthem(Oh Canada) or at least the couple lines she knows! Even Devin seemed excited! ;) We set up as fast as we could then drove to the house a family that Tony was really close with on his mission, the Roberts. They're very good friends to us!! They graciously invited us to their family dinner/bonfire. The food was delicious and the company was great! The river was quite pretty and the water wasn't too cold! We came back to the motorhome and after posting this will call it an end to a long day!
